We’re reaching out on behalf of our incredibly dedicated friend, Dani, who is pouring her heart and soul into launching her lifelong dream: Curbside books, a beautiful mobile bookstore!

This isn't just a business for Dani’s ; it’s a passion project born from a deep love for literature and a desire to bring the magic of physical books directly to our community. She envisioned a charming, traveling literary hub built inside a lovingly restored trolley,and she has worked tirelessly, putting in countless hours of sweat equity, planning, and heart!

The Unexpected Hurdle

Her biggest hurdle right now is the trolley. When she acquired the vehicle, she anticipated a certain level of repair. However, as the restoration has progressed, significantly more structural and mechanical work has been required than initially budgeted for.

These unexpected and costly repairs and ensuring it's road-safe and reliable for moving thousands of books—are critical. They are the only thing standing between her and the grand opening of Curbside Bookstore.
