Ever since I was little, I’ve felt a deep need to tell stories—because storytelling isn’t just entertainment, it’s cultural. Stories shape how we see the world, and fictional characters often inspire us to become better versions of ourselves. I’ve looked up to so many fictional characters over the years, and now it’s time for me to take that next step and bring my own characters to life.

Originally created for a contest (which I didn’t win—one of many), I refused to let that setback stop me from making this story a reality. Cupid’s Angels explores a world where lust has eclipsed love—and the balance of human emotion is at stake.

In this world, the responsibility for upholding love across the globe rests on the shoulders of a secret supernatural organization—the Cupid’s Angels. But when a mortal human named Ichiro Takehiro manages to replicate one of the organization’s most dangerous and prized weapons—a serum that can make anyone fall in love—the organization sends its elite Angel, Jacob Cross, along with his two apprentices, Sake and Soju, to neutralize the threat.
