On November 28, my world changed forever when my husband, Christopher Ray Eastman, passed away in an unexpected accident. Chris and I met when I was just 13 years old, and from that moment on, he did everything he could to protect me, feed me, and keep harm away. He was a good man who worked hard all his life, always putting his family first. His love for our two daughters was endless—he truly loved them to the moon and back.

This tragedy has left us with very little family to lean on, and the loss has hit us incredibly hard. We were not prepared for this, emotionally or financially, and I find myself unsure of which direction to go next. Our economic situation makes it difficult to cover the costs of funeral arrangements and to bring my husband home where he belongs.
