Help Bring Chevelle Home to Oregon to be Laid to Rest.

This little light of mine, I'm gonna let her shine. And wow, did she ever.

Hello friends and family,

I come to you with a heavy heart and a request. Although you may not know my sister or her family personally, and for those who do and loved them, I am asking if you would be willing to share this post and, if possible, contribute to the link below.
My sister’s daughter, my sweet niece Chevelle, received a life-saving liver transplant on the West Coast. After the surgery, they made the difficult decision to relocate to Georgia to be closer to a world-renowned pediatric transplant hospital, ensuring she had the best possible care for her recovery and ongoing health.

For a time, she thrived. She grew stronger, and in January 2025, she was even able to start kindergarten—a moment filled with so much hope and joy. But recently, like so many other children, she caught a virus while in school. Unlike most, though, her immune system was severely compromised. The virus overwhelmed her little body, and yesterday morning on January 31, 2025 she went home to Jesus.

Now, her mommy and daddy are faced with the heartbreaking task of bringing her home to Oregon, where she can rest with her family and loved ones.

We are asking for support to help cover the travel and funeral expenses needed to bring her home. Any donation, big or small, would mean the world to us. If you are unable to contribute, simply sharing this post would be an incredible help.
Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for your kindness and prayers during this unimaginable time.
