For a whole day, we had no communication with him and no way of knowing if he was okay or if he had been harmed. This has been an incredibly difficult and frightening time for our family. Carlos is a hardworking man who is deeply loved by his brother, sister, nieces, and nephews. He is dedicated to his family and his job, always putting others before himself. His absence has left a huge hole in our lives, and we are desperate to bring him home safely.
