Hello friends, family, and soon to be friends! My name is Caleb and I have been working the restaurant industry for 14+ years! I’ve worked all positions in a kitchen, starting off as a dishwasher when I was 12, and working my way up to Head chef. I have cooked in all manners of cuisine from Italian to French, New American to Chinese and I have finally decided that I am ready to start my own Bento box business!

In the past year, I have become very interested in Japanese cuisine and culture and have found it to be an exciting new culture and cuisine to explore. One part I find fascinating in Bento boxes, or curated packed lunches. They can be filled with just about anything your heart desires and I believe this would be a great opportunity for myself to be able to deliver these to the people who don’t usually have time to pack a lunch or are tired of ordering the same old thing.

I currently live in Savannah, GA where the options are here, it are very limited. I believe that with opening Big Boy Bento, I would be able to offer a style of food most people haven’t tried, let alone heard of! I am asking you all to help make my dream a reality. All of your donations would be going towards start up costs like acquiring a commissary kitchen, paying for licenses, food orders, ordering equipment, etc.
