MY BROTHER - BYRON EVORA - IS MISSING - PLEASE HELP
Update April 5:
We have found Byron thanks to your love, support, and prayers! He was found healthy and alive! Amazing work by the Evora/Beltran family, moving mountains to galvanize the search efforts - and William PD and team for extending their search and rescue efforts to bring him back alive.
Byron survived for about 10 days in the woods after a major snowfall blocked his car in. Thank you to the civilian who saw his "Help Me" sign during a hike and called the Williams PD, reuniting him with family. AMAZING survival story! Hope this news uplifts your spirits during this pandemic, providing some light and hope to your lives.
THANK YOU!

Last Thursday, March 26, my brother went missing just outside of San Francisco. Today marks one week since we've last made contact with him.
Byron Beltran Evora is a 40-year-old Filipino American living in the Sunset/San Francisco neighborhood. Byron was planning a hunting trip at some local turkey hunting grounds at the end of last week.
The authorities have had no leads at this time, and we are asking for your help and generosity to assist in funding search party efforts. We’ve started this GoFundMe to assist with the travel/lodging of volunteers helping with the search and rescue efforts and for a potential private investigator. His immediate family and friends are in Chicago, and we are planning to head to California to get our feet on the ground. We understand resources are extremely limited due to COVID-19's Shelter-in-place, keeping in mind health restrictions, we are limited in building networks for search parties - so we are trying to fly out family from Chicago to help.
Last Seen:
-Traveler's Inn (215 7th St, Williams, CA 95987) on Thursday, 3/26 at 9:40pm. The front desk clerk said he was due to check out Monday, 3/30, but he hasn’t seen him or his car since that Thursday night. He was out scouting/hunting alone along the Sacramento River. He was planning on going turkey hunting near Williams/Sacramento/Corning/Willows, CA - and his family hasn't heard from him since Thursday evening (3/26). Early Friday (3/27), we tracked his whereabouts to his hotel (Traveler's Inn in Williams, CA).
We’re extremely worried he is hurt or lost, may have fallen, or was the victim of foul play - as we cannot gather communication from him, he hasn't answered any calls/texts. His car is an older model, 2006 Silver Infiniti G35X - Plate# 8MRZ587 (with tinted windows) - so unfortunately, no GPS was found on his car as it didn't have that technology. We just haven't been able to locate his car anywhere -- which is most alarming, because even if he was arrested/detailed/towed, there are no records of his car.
We appreciate any assistance in the search for our brother, son, and friend Byron.
Thank you for the support. It means the world to us.
