My name is Danielle Frank, and I am reaching out for help after the unexpected loss of my mom, Bonnie Marie Frank. She was a kind and loving person who dedicated her life to caring for others, from her work as an Adult Foster Care nurse to her passion for animals and mental health awareness. She raised me as a single mother, supporting me through my epilepsy, and always found a way to bring humor and warmth to our small town. Bonnie earned her nursing degree in her 30s and spent her life helping those in need, never asking for anything in return.
Sadly, my mom passed away from liver and kidney failure at Henry Ford Hospital. She did not have life insurance, and the state is only able to help with part of the costs. I am on social security and live in HUD housing, so I do not have the funds to cover her cremation. The funeral home requires payment before they will release her remains or contact the pastor for a memorial. She has been gone for three weeks, and we cannot move forward until this is paid. I am also caring for her four cats, trying to find them loving homes while managing my own pets and moving her belongings out. The expenses are overwhelming, and I am struggling to keep up.
Please, I've never done this before. I am so sorry to ask, but I need help to bring my mom home and give her a proper memorial. Any support means the world to me and would honor her memory. Thank you so much for your kindness and for helping me through this difficult time.
