Hi, I'm Nicole Michael, and I’m on a mission to bring the authentic taste of Caribbean sauces to UK homes — one bottle at a time.

Growing up in Portland Jamaica, I watched my mum work magic with spices — whether it was Sunday dinners, street food pop-ups, or family barbecues. Flavour wasn’t a luxury. It was identity. And it was ours.

Today, I’ve bottled that essence into a bold new brand called Nimi Nosh — a vibrant line of sauces and marinades that celebrate the rich diversity of Caribbean cuisine.

But getting these products on supermarket shelves isn’t easy. As a Ethnic Minority Female Entrepreneur entering a £1.1 billion UK condiment market that rarely makes room for culturally rich, independent brands, I’m asking you to help me JAM'IN The Flava — and fund the next big Caribbean food story.

There are entire aisles for tomato ketchup and mustard. Yet real Caribbean sauces — jerk, curry-infused blends, scotch bonnet heat — are still pushed into a “world food” corner, if at all. We’re not a novelty. We are a movement.
