Billy Wayne Sinisgalli, who just turned 54 on June 30th, was tragically found murdered and left on the side of the road in Fresno, California, on July 2, 2025. Billy was a beloved father, son, brother, uncle, and friend, known for his ability to make anyone laugh and his genuine care for others. He grew up in Little Rock, Arkansas, and his family and friends there are heartbroken by this sudden and devastating loss.

Our family is now facing the overwhelming challenge of bringing Billy home to Arkansas so we can lay him to rest with dignity. We are also dealing with significant legal costs as we seek answers and justice for Billy. The expenses include funeral arrangements, transportation, and legal fees related to the ongoing investigation. We have only 30 days to make these arrangements and ensure Billy receives the farewell he deserves.

We, Timothy and Nicole Swaim, along with Billy’s entire family, are reaching out to our community and anyone who knew Billy or has been touched by his story.
