Help bring 'Band Practice' to life!

Hi!, We’re a group of 3rd Year Television Production students from the University of Gloucestershire, and we’re currently in the pre-production phase of the pilot for our brand new studio sitcom ‘Band Practice’.

When a new bassist joins crumbling rock band ‘Weeping Solace’, bringing with him a lot of innovative ideas. How will jealous lead singer Tommy Solace deal with the young new star stealing his limelight?

This show follows a wacky band as they navigate welcoming a new musician into the fold whilst writing the next big rock and roll hit…for a children’s daytime tv show. Stay tuned to see if they can pull off the theme tune of the century whilst Tommy deals with his fading stardom.

We want to use any money we raise to put towards building a studio set, costumes, and little bits and pieces to look after our cast and crew. This is going to be our biggest production yet, after spending the past two years homing in on our production skills, we’re eager to show-off what we can do.
