In February 2026, something truly special is coming to Cusco.

Bah Bah Persian Garden — the first Persian vegetarian restaurant in Peru — is preparing to open its doors in the heart of the magical San Blas neighborhood, and we’re inviting our community of friends, family, and supporters to help bring this dream to life.

“Bah Bah” is a Persian expression that means “Good, good!” — a joyful phrase shared at the table when food, company, and spirit come together. That feeling is the soul of this restaurant.

Bah Bah Persian Garden will be a warm, welcoming space where everyone is treated like family, where meals are cooked with care, and where savory Persian culinary traditions meet fresh, local Andean ingredients.

A New Kind of Dining Experience in Cusco

Nestled on Calle Carmen Alto in the bohemian and artistic San Blas district, Bah Bah will be a cozy garden oasis — surrounded by cobblestone streets, artisan workshops and colorful colonial architecture.

Guests will be invited to:

-Relax in a flower-filled outdoor garden, sharing wine, conversation, and nourishing food

-Experience flavors rarely found in Peru, prepared in a way that’s accessible, comforting, and deeply satisfying

Our Menu: Persian Classics, Reimagined

Our menu celebrates beloved Persian dishes, thoughtfully reimagined as vegetarian favorites:

Ghormeh Sabzi — a rich herb stew with mushrooms

Lubia Polo — fragrant rice with green beans and spices

Ash Reshteh — a hearty noodle and bean soup

Kuku Sabzi — a fluffy herb frittata

Falafel — crispy, golden, and perfectly spiced

We will also offer vegan-friendly options and a carefully curated wine list to complete the experience.
