Help bring back Hillside!

Hey there, my name is Matt Hills and I’m an independent record producer based in Adelaide SA…as most of you know I’ve been operating in different “home” style set ups for many years now and have wanted to have a commercial space again one day…well that time has come, but things aren’t like they used to be mainly rents have nearly doubled and I still get paid the same as I did in 2006 as you all know musicians have it harder than any other profession, but that’s a whole different story…my new space is located in the heart of Thebarton right in the arts hub just up from the Wheaty off George St so I think this location will appeal to pretty much all my clients past, present or future as it is just incredibly central…I do have a LOT of construction to do before opening and I need help with the costs involved with this while I’m not working so any help at all will be greatly appreciated!
