I am raising funds to help bring my 9-month-old son, Marcos, home safely after he was kidnapped on March 5, 2026, by his mother in violation of our custody arrangements. I am doing everything in my power to bring my son home, but the legal process and search efforts are expensive and overwhelming. I cannot do this alone. I have already filed a missing persons report for my son and have contacted every authority I can to try to get help. My son's mom has ties to many states in the US as well as Mexico and Guatemala. Law enforcement said no matter where he is found, I will have to pay to bring him home.
