Help bring Arthur the Weim home

Arthur is a 2 year old Weimaraner. He is adored by our family.... He ate a chicken frame (uncooked) and a price has pierced his small intestine. We have pet insurance but we are only covered up to $7000 we are going to have to come up with another $5000 on our own to be able to bring him home to us back where he belongs. His care is so expensive because he needs round the clock care for 10 days as they have a drain in him and because of the tear leaking bacteria into his system.  He is the best dog! We love him so much and just want to bring him home!
