Hello! My name is Alisa Silva, and l am a family friend of the Llovet Family. l decided to create this page in the hopes that we can come together and show our love for Arianna, Yamil and Baby Nazari, as they have had some bumps in the road since beginning their journey into parenthood.
Arianna is a beautiful, healthy, vibrant young woman. Her pregnancy progressed beautifully with no remarkable issues, until 10/28/22, when she developed a fever. On the morning of 10/29/22, Baby Nazari was ready to make his appearance and Ari was admitted to Oakhill Hospital. After enduring hours of labor, Nazari entered the world via emergency cesarean section on the evening of 10/29, and mother and baby were resting comfortably.
The following morning, Arianna's fever spiked to 103 and her heart rate was alarmingly high. Despite their efforts to break her fever and get her heart rate under control, Arianna was separated from her baby boy and moved to ICU, where her workup revealed "sepsis of unknown origin."
Baby Nazari was also exhibiting symptoms of sepsis and lost his instinct to suckle, so he was swiftly admitted to the NICU from 10/30 to 11/5. At the same time, the staff worked tirelessly to keep Arianna from going into shock as they performed countless tests to try and find the cause of her sepsis to no avail.
Unable to determine the cause, late on 11/5/22, Ari was discharged home with a low-grade fever that persisted and ultimately spiked again along with her heart rate. After only one day at home, Ari was rushed to Tampa General Hospital, where she was admitted to ICU with Peritonitis, sepsis, tachycardia, MULTI drug-resistant UTI, and a bladder flap hematoma.
Despite medicinal interventions, Ari's fevers continue to persist, and doctors are concerned that an underlying autoimmune disease is preventing her from getting better. She's now in her third week in ICU with no end in sight. Her partner has been the primary caregiver since Nazari's birth and has been unable to work.
This young family has endured a rough two weeks with no answers, which should have been a time of joy and celebration. And now the looming concerns over the exorbitant hospital bills are weighing on them, as the medical bills are already trickling in. I'm hoping that knowing that some of that burden may be alleviated will help Arianna get the rest she so desperately needs so that she can heal properly and get back to her family.
l genuinely appreciate your consideration and donation. No amount is too small, and every little bit helps.
Let's show some BIG love for this sweet family!
