My niece, Annie, 34years old, is spending her final days in hospice care in Columbus, OH, after a lifelong battle with heart complications stemming from a congenital defect she's lived with since childhood. Despite every obstacle, Annie faced life with courage and a beautiful quiet strength that touches everyone around her.

Now, as her time draws near Annie's one final wish - to return home to Oregon to be laid to rest alongside her family. Honoring her wish would bring peace of mind to her and everyone who loves her.

UPDATE: Oct 15: This is all so overwhelming. Literally, so many "life" decisions need to be made in short order.
