It is with broken hearts that we share the devastating news that our dear friend, Alin Zdroba, has sadly passed away on 1st November 2026, at just 34 years old, after a courageous battle with cancer.

Alin lived in Newark, UK, and sadly leaves behind his loving wife and their two beautiful children, aged just 2 and 4 years old.

He fought so hard, but cancer took him from his family far too soon.

At just 34, Alin should have had his whole life ahead of him, watching his children grow up, celebrating their milestones, making memories and building a future together with his wife.

Instead, his family is now facing a loss that no words can truly describe. Two little children have lost their daddy, and a wife has lost her husband, her partner and the future they dreamed of together.

We, his friends, have organised this fundraiser to help bring Alin home to Romania, where he can be laid to rest and his loved ones can say their final goodbyes.

The money raised will go towards the costs of bringing Alin back to Romania and providing financial support for his wife and two young children as they face the difficult months ahead.

We cannot take away their pain or bring Alin back, but together, we can help ease some of the financial burden and show his family that they are not alone.
