Our family and community are asking for your support during an incredibly difficult time. Alexandre Tchibassa was recently taken into custody by ICE agents in Red Bank shortly after he dropped off his younger brother, who had missed the school bus that morning. What started as a normal act of caring for his family suddenly turned into a frightening and uncertain situation.

Alexandre is a brother, a son, and a friend to many. Anyone who knows him knows that he is a kind, hardworking person who always shows up for the people around him. He has always tried to do the right thing and support his family and community.

Right now, Alexandre needs our help.

The funds raised here will go toward legal fees, immigration support, and the expenses needed to help bring Alexandre home to his family as quickly as possible. Navigating this process is extremely difficult and costly, and we cannot do it alone.
