Hello my name is Miriam I am creating this account to help a close friend that was detained by ICE. Alberto O. A hard working family man that has a wife and 6 kids, which one has special needs and was the one most attached to him and has been the most impacted by his absence was taken by "immigration agents" on 1/6/2026 in the city of Santa Ana as he was working/ doing errands. He is a kind and caring person, his situation has left us all devastated. Every day without him has been incredibly hard especially for his son.

Alberto O. is currently being held in a Detention Center, the legal process to help Alberto is expensive and the lawyer is asking for a significant amount to represent him and fight for his freedom. The funds raised will go directly toward paying for his legal fees, giving him a fair chance to go home to his family.
