Hi, my name is Tanya and I'm raising funds to free my boyfriend Alberto, from Immigration detention and fight for his right to stay in the only country he has ever known as home. Alberto was brought to the U.S. when he was 3 years old. He has lived here all his life, and has no criminal record. Despite following all the rules including wearing an ankle monitor and showing up for ICE check ins he was detained at their office and is now being held within a detention center. He is not a flight risk, he is a kind, respectful and caring person who simply wants to live safely and legally in the only home he knows. Me and his family just want him home. I want him home so we can continue building our life together and make it through this nightmare.

Hola, mi nombre es Tanya y estoy recaudando fondos para liberar a mi novio Alberto de detención migratoria y luchar por su derecho a quedarse en el único país que él conoce como su hogar. Alberto fue traído a los Estados Unidos cuando tenía solo 3 años. Ha vivido aquí toda su vida y no tiene antecedentes penales. A pesar de seguir todas las reglas, incluyendo usar un grillete en el tobillo y presentarse a sus citas con ICE, fue detenido en sus oficinas y ahora está recluido en un centro de detención.

Él no representa un riesgo de fuga. Es una persona amable, respetuosa y solidaria que simplemente quiere vivir de forma segura y legal en el único hogar que ha conocido. Su familia y yo solo queremos que regrese a casa. Yo quiero que vuelva para que podamos seguir construyendo nuestra vida juntos y salir de esta pesadilla.
