Hello, my name is Vicki Bruessard and Aaron is my oldest child of eight. My whole world just went upside down.

It is with a shattered heart that I share the devastating news of the passing of our beloved Aaron Bruessard. Aaron tragically left this world in Los Angeles, on September 2nd 2025 far too soon, leaving behind family and friends who loved him beyond measure.

Aaron was more than a son, brother, grandson, uncle, nephew, cousin and friend—he was a light in every room, a source of laughter, and someone who gave his heart freely to others. The suddenness of this loss has left us reeling, but what brings us comfort is knowing how deeply he was loved and the impact he had on so many lives.

As we face the heartbreaking task of bringing Aaron home, we are asking for support to help cover the expenses of transporting him back to IL, as well as the costs for his funeral and memorial services. Any contribution, no matter the size, will help lift this burden and allow us to honor Aaron in the way he deserves.
