I asked a simple question:

If I booked a small venue in London and staged a show, would you come?

The response has been overwhelming.

Many of you said you would love to experience ballet in this way – something more intimate and accessible than a traditional theatre production. So I’m starting to explore making it happen.

The idea is to stage a small indoor performance in London. Keeping it indoors ensures the performance can actually go ahead, as outdoor performances are often at the mercy of the weather.

Tickets would be priced affordably, but staging a performance still comes with real production costs.

This fundraiser will help cover essential expenses such as:

• Venue hire

• Lighting and technical support

• Production costs

• Rehearsal time

• Filming and documentation of the performance

My work through Kadeem En Pointe has always been about bringing ballet to anyone, anywhere and showing that passion for this art form – and passion in general – belongs to everyone. This show would be another step in that mission.
