Help Brigid and Her Family

Sometimes in life, our paths cross with amazing humans - who endure under harrowing circumstances, who always seem to go the extra mile for those around them, who seem to have an aura about them of caring and understanding beyond the average.

For those of us in the "medical mama" community, a place we all found that was named "Parent-2-Parent", Allison and her beautiful daughter Brigid were those people.

So as a community of humans who have also walked some dark days with children who didn't come with instructions but sure came with extra care required, we want to surround and lift up our friends in their time of great need.

Allison has never once asked for help in spite of facing some staggering circumstances throughout Princess B's life - so we are asking for her.

For many, offering their positive thoughts, lit candles, and prayers IS what they can contribute - and for those the family is eternally grateful.

This surgery, and the time off of work required of Allison in order to care for Brigid, was already going to put a strain on the family checkbook. Now, with unexpected complications, that burden is multiplied.
