My name is Brielle, and I’m a recent BFA graduate in Graphic Design from Monroe, Louisiana. I’m preparing to move to Toronto to begin my career as a graphic designer and artist, and this move is the first major step toward a life I’ve been working toward for years. Over the recent weeks and months, I've been committed to this move, secured housing, earned an artist residency at Gibraltar Point Centre for the Arts, and lined up a volunteer opportunity with the Toronto International Film Festival. Now I’m asking for support as I take this next step and get established while I search for work.

Your support will help me cover the upfront costs of relocating internationally, including travel, rent, food, transportation, and other basic living expenses. More than that, it will give me the financial runway to fully step into the opportunities I’ve already worked hard to create. As a Black queer artist, I want to use my art, design, storytelling, and perspective to spread love, positivity, creativity, and connection. Toronto is not the end goal. It’s the beginning of a larger lifelong journey to live and create around the world, and to make work that helps people feel seen, inspired, and connected.
