Help Bridgett and Malcolm Rebuild After Losing Everything in a Fire

Dear friends, family, and kind strangers,

I’m reaching out on behalf of my dear friends, Bridgett Lawson Alston and her spouse, Malcolm, who recently experienced an unimaginable tragedy. On November 3, 2024, a devastating fire swept through their home, leaving them with nothing but the clothes on their backs. They lost everything – their home, personal belongings, treasured memories, and the sense of security they worked so hard to build.

In the wake of this tragedy, they are facing the enormous challenge of rebuilding their life from scratch. Anyone who knows them can tell you about their warmth, generosity, and resilience. They’re always the first to lend a helping hand to others, but now, they need our support to get back on their feet.

We’re asking for your help to provide them with essentials like clothes, food, and temporary shelter. In the long term, they’ll need funds for a new home, furniture, and other household necessities.
