Tapuwa Bridget Nyazungu (46), from Harare, Zimbabwe, was diagnosed with Chronic Kidney Disease in 2023. She is an unemployed married mother of four children and has been in and out of the hospital due to complications related to kidney failure.

Doctors have recommended a kidney transplant in India. She is currently undergoing dialysis three times a week at a public health facility in Harare, costing about USD $300 per week. The family is struggling to raise funds to cover her ongoing medical needs.

A total of USD $40,000 is required to pay for the life-saving surgery in India, including medical bills, essential procedures, travel expenses, and accommodation for Bridget, her kidney donor, and a caregiver.
