Hi, Friends!

It troubles me greatly to have to ask for financial support so soon after my total hip replacement surgery back on January 9th. However, California State Disability has denied my request, and I'm currently in the appeals process to receive disability payments. While I do expect to ultimately win my appeal, it'll take another 10 days for a ruling, and rent and utilities are due. I'm trying to raise $2,500 to pay for Rent, Electricity/Water, Garbage, Cable/Internet, and to purchase a public transportation pass and some food and toiletries. I was just cleared by my surgeon to return to work, and am actively looking for employment, as well.

This definitely wasn't how I expected to find myself so soon after regaining mobility. But here I am. I hope you'll consider helping me out once more!
