Hi everyone, I am Brian's daughter and I have created this without his knowledge. I think we all know how stubborn farmers can be and our dad is not exception to this haha. Brian discovered a mass on his hip this summer/fall, confirmed by Mayo last week right before Thanksgiving that it is a rare, aggressive flat bone cancer. His only treatment possibility is a very intense and aggressive surgery with 100% chance of complications. The best case scenario is Surgery, at least one month in the hospital,then inpatient PT and it will be two years before he recovers and is hopefully cancer free.

With that, he has already missed a lot of work, which is their primary income, due to pain/tests/appointments and in a few weeks, will not be working for an undetermined amount of time. I know they are already seeing medical bills and would like to give them some relief if we can help cover some bills and allow my mom some money for traveling back and forth to Mayo and taking care of the farm on her own while my dad is in Rochester recovering. This is not how they pictured spending their holiday months this year. Please, even sharing to other and spreading the word is appreciated. They will also need help with taking care of the animals.
