Although we all need help, it’s often hard to really tell others that you need help. But after all that my niece, Brianne Morris has been through, I’ve come to the realization that we have not because we ask not. And, she really needs your help.
For those who don’t know her story, Brianne’s life was forever changed on Tuesday, September 9th. While leaving a routine doctor’s appointment, Brianne was struck head on by a drunk driver at 2pm on a sunny afternoon. Thankfully, God spared her life, but the accident left her with extensive & painful injuries all over her body – fractures in both of her arms, a fractured pelvis, a fractured left femur (thigh bone), a fractured right leg and a fractured right ankle. Though bones in her body may have been fractured and crushed, this ordeal has not crushed her spirit.
After 10 surgeries and countless hospital visits, Brianne still has a long and aggressive journey to walk again. This journey comes with intense physical therapy and is finally set to begin May 2020. As you can imagine, the journey also comes with a significant monetary cost, which has brought us to this call for your help.
Brianne was left with a sea of medical bills & medical expenses, totaling over $1.1 million, and this number continues to grow. Our faith in God has kept us these past few months, and we ask that your prayers continue. Likewise, we thank you for every seed that you will sow in helping Brianne with her journey to walk again.
