Hello,

Most of you who are reading this are most likely aware of my accident that happened on August 22. Long story short, I passed out at my friend’s wedding and I met the concrete ground face first, leaving me with a deep laceration from mid-lip to the beginning of my nose, cuts along my body and face, and broken + chipped teeth (more information here).

Due to subsequent hospital and doctor's visits and various medical procedures, I have incurred medical bills far beyond what my insurance will pay for. Shortly after the initial incident, I received stitches for my deep laceration from mid-lip to the beginning of my nose, as well as multiple tooth extractions on September 1. Due to the generosity and blessings from friends, family and spiritual community, I've been able to pay for my portion of these expenses out of pocket without worry. For that, I'm so grateful!

For my continued medical healing, I need to get one more procedure done: dental bridgework to replace the teeth I lost in my accident. On September 16, I was denied a Care Credit loan which would've paid for the dental work that I need. Initially, the seemingly insurmountable financial burden left me discouraged, but friends helped me realize that I'm not in this alone. This is why I'm asking for financial help and believing God for the provision I need to do this. The dental bridge procedure is an important part of my recovery, serving both practical and cosmetic purposes, as it will allow me to smile again, as well as restore my ability to eat normally.

The physical, emotional and mental toll of my accident has been a lot to handle, along with not being able to work since everything happened, but I believe that this financial need will not be a burden. 

A lot of people have been asking me if there’s anything they can do for me, and I really appreciate that.
