Dear Friends and Community,
I’m reaching out to you today on behalf of my neighbor, Brenna Fortunato, who is facing an incredibly challenging time. Brenna was excited to start her EMT orientation today, taking a huge step toward her dream of becoming an emergency medical technician and ultimately a firefighter. This training is a crucial part of her journey, as she hopes to join a wildland engine for the upcoming summer wildfire season.
However, last night, her Toyota Tacoma was stolen, along with her personal belongings and wallet, which contained her tuition payment for school.
Brenna has been working tirelessly, juggling three to four jobs just to support herself and fund her education. This setback comes at a particularly difficult time, just before the holidays, and she’s feeling overwhelmed and uncertain about how to move forward.
We all know how hard it can be to face unexpected challenges, especially for someone so young and dedicated. That’s why I’m writing to ask for your support. Your contributions will help Brenna recover from this loss, replace her belongings, and ensure she can continue her education without further financial strain.
No amount is too small, and every bit will make a difference. If you’re unable to donate, please consider sharing this post to help spread the word. Let’s come together as a community to support Brianna during this tough time and show her that she’s not alone.
Thank you for your kindness and generosity.
