On June 6th Brian was hit by a car on his scooter. He is in the hospital and for the past 3 weeks has been in and out of consciousness and swelling and bleeding on his brain. They also had to put a plate in his left cheek to hold it together for it was fractured. He is going to have a long road to recovery and spend at least 21-30 days in a special rehab facility for people with brain trauma when the time comes to leave the hospital. I live on a monthly ss check and his mom lives check to check and will have to leave her job for at least a week or two to live with him in the rehab to learn how to take care of him when he gets out. He has personal and medical bills that will have to be paid as well as his moms bills while she takes care of him and can't work not even knowing if he will ever be able to return to work.
