Hey there, I'm Briana. I am a writer, environmental advocate, and interspecies communicator devoted to rekindling the sacred bond between humans and the wild. Rooted in Quaker ministry and years of hands-on experience with rescued big cats, wildlife conservation, and frontline activism, my work bridges the seen and unseen—bringing forward the voices of the Earth and its more-than-human beings.

This August, I have been personally invited to an Interspecies Peace Circle with the White Lions of Timbavati in South Africa—a rare, sacred gathering aligned with my life’s calling. This once-in-a-lifetime pilgrimage is both personal and planetary, carrying the weight of ancient prophecy and the urgency of ecological restoration. Reserved only for those called to stand in service to the White Lions and their message for the Earth, this journey is an opportunity to listen, learn, and bring forward their wisdom at a time when humanity must choose between collapse and renewal. Why This Journey Matters

The White Lions are not simply rare animals; they are considered by indigenous African elders to be sacred beings, angelic messengers, and guardians of Earth’s balance. Their name, Timbavati, means “the place where star-lions came down from the heavens.” According to prophecy, their presence signals a time when humanity must choose to restore harmony with the natural world—or face destruction.

These majestic beings, once thriving in the wild, were artificially removed from their natural homeland and subjected to the horrors of captivity, canned hunting, and exploitation. The Global White Lion Protection Trust has spent years fighting to restore them to their endemic lands, while also protecting the ancient wisdom that upholds them as sacred.

I have been invited not just to witness, but to participate—to walk alongside these Lions, listen to their message, and bring their wisdom forward into the world.
