Hello we are Carmen Jones and Beverly Watson. We’re fundraising for our friend and colleague Brian Smith.

Brian Smith is a 34 year DFW based flight attendant.

Who doesn’t know Brian Smith with the great big smile and big guns (arms)? If you don’t know Brian, it’s because you’ve never flown with him or passed him in the terminal or had the pleasure of attending his annual NYE party. Brian talks to EVERYBODY!! From the cleaners to the agents , the passengers ( especially the cute ones) and to the babies he is going to take time to talk. He is that favorite son, brother, uncle, neighbor. It doesn’t matter senior or junior most importantly he’s a friend to all.

Brian is also a very private person and doesn’t like to ask for help. He’s used to being the one helping others. Most of you know that Brian is a hard worker. On October 26,2020 Brian had back surgery. There were complications from his initial surgery which led to 4 more. He was hospitalized for over a month. Along with a few other problems, he lost his ability to walk. These last few months have been especially hard on Brian physically, mentally and financially. Brian never expected to be off work for

as long as he has. At this time he has exhausted all his sick hours. He’s going to physical therapy to get back to work as soon as possible. We just found out he has to be out for another procedure. Being out so long has taken a financial toll on him.Knowing how private and proud he is, we asked if we could do this on his behalf to help with ongoing medical bills and living expenses. He was overcome with emotion. Any donation would be greatly appreciated. Be assured once he is back at work, he will be once again be paying it forward. Help us in helping him to get back on his feet literally and figuratively. We all miss him in the friendly skies. We thank you in advance.
