On Wednesday, February 18th, everything changed in an instant. Brian Baty suffered a massive heart attack. He felt the crushing chest pains, but bravely drove himself to the nearest hospital, where he was then transferred to Providence Regional Medical Center Everett. Miraculously, he was already at the hospital when his heart stopped. Doctors had to perform CPR and use a defibrillator to bring him back to life. The fear, uncertainty, and sheer terror of those moments are something we will never forget. Watching someone you love fight for their life changes you.
While we are incredibly grateful that Brian is still here, the road ahead will be long, painful, and full of challenges. Recovery takes time, and unfortunately, the medical bills don’t wait. Between hospital costs, medications, follow-up care, and lost income during his recovery, the financial burden is overwhelming.
Every donation—no matter how small—helps lift some of this weight so Brian can focus on what matters most: healing and getting stronger each day. If you are unable to donate, sharing this fundraiser would mean the world to us. Your prayers, love, and support are deeply appreciated during this heartbreaking time. From the bottom of our hearts, thank you for standing with Brian.
