Mutual Aid: Help Brian Rebuild His Life After Hardship

My name is Diomira and I am raising money for my friend Brian.

Brian has fallen on hard times after facing a series of hardships following COVID.

After losing his job, his apartment, and almost all of his belongings, Brian had been living out of his car for the past couple of months. This experience caused him to be hospitalized for a short period of time.

Since then he has recently been able to find temporary housing through the Lenape Valley Foundation outreach program and is currently working full-time at a local grocery store.

Brian is an extremely warm and creative person. He is a hairdresser by profession, and has always created a safe and relaxing environment for his clients, including me and my friends.

We created this fundraiser to help Brian build a new life again and put the events of the past few months behind him. He is working hard to do this for himself, but like all of us, he could use a little bit of help from his community during this crucial time in his life.
