Before the accident, he cared for his elderly mother who has health issue's, he worked as a HandiVan driver, a job he loved because it allowed him to serve people with disabilities and those who depended on reliable transportation. Now, because of this tragedy and the loss of his leg, that career and sense of purpose have been taken away from him.
