Help Brian Perez Through Chemotherapy and Recovery

Hi, my name is Brian Perez. I’m reaching out to share a deeply personal part of my journey and to humbly ask for your support during this challenging time.

Recently, I was diagnosed with duodenal cancer. As many of you know, this diagnosis has completely changed my life. I am currently undergoing chemotherapy every two weeks, and while I am doing everything I can to fight this illness, the treatment takes a significant toll on my body and my ability to work.

The days I receive chemotherapy are incredibly tough, and the side effects linger for about a week, making it difficult for me to contribute to my family’s financial needs. Unfortunately, this means that out of every two weeks, I am unable to work for a significant portion of the month. This has placed an overwhelming burden on my wife, who has been incredibly supportive but is now carrying the weight of both our responsibilities.

I have been hesitant to ask for help, wanting to remain strong and independent, but I’ve come to realize that I cannot navigate this journey alone. I am reaching out to you, my community, to ask for assistance as we face these challenging days ahead.
