Brian Andrew Malsom 3.21.1970 - 11.5.2024

Our brother, son, husband & father, Brian Malsom, was diagnosed with stage 4 Melanoma Brain Metastases on June 10th after suffering a seizure & falling at work. His family is starting a fundraiser to help cover the costs of medical expenses that will not be covered by insurance.

As you can imagine, the past 3 weeks have been quite the whirlwind for Brian & his wife, Melissa, as they have been completely blindsided by this diagnosis. They are both taking this in stride, as they travel from hospital to hospital, doctor to doctor, scan to scan but the medical expenses are adding up with each visit.

This diagnosis has not been easy on anyone who knows & loves Brian, however, we continue to be positive & have faith in his amazing & gifted Medical Team.

Brian has already started radiation, which will be followed by other treatments, such as immunotherapy and possibly chemotherapy. There is so much up in the air at this time as his medical team will try to shrink as many of his brain tumors as they can with aggressive rounds of radiation and go from there.
