Brian is a dedicated father, son, brother, and a faithful friend to many. He is badly injured due to a drunk driver hitting him on May 23rd, on Interstate 75. Brian's car flipped multiple times, causing many serious injuries, including a compressed skull fracture and brain bleed that needed immediate surgery, followed by a second surgery later that morning. He is currently in the hospital recovering. He is in good spirits, but not quite out of the woods.

During his stay at UT, Brian will be unable to work, and recovery is expected to take months, at the least. The driver of the vehicle was apprehended and is now serving jail time, although, unfortunately, the driver didn't have insurance. Anyone that knows Brian knows that he will give the shirt off his back to help someone in need. He has never hesitated to offer his time for the benefit of others.
