Hi friends, family, potential donors: first let me say I recognize these are hard financial times for everyone.

I am Brian, an average Midwest man who recently turned 60 and has a serious shoulder pain issue so intense that i require surgery. At times I can barely move my primary hand and arm due to this pain.

I will be on leave from my job and will be losing nearly half my income for 90 or more days. I need help to pay for the surgery as well as other bills to survive. I live check to check and have no savings.
