Brian is a 47 year old hard working, loving husband and father of 4. Who loves spending his time bass fishing, hunting and in being in the outdoors.
In July Brian noticed a lump on his neck after many scans, tests and biopsies Brian had to undergo surgery in October to remove a large mass in his neck. At that time he was diagnosed with Stage 4 head and neck cancer. Currently Brian is undergoing strong doses of chemo and radiation. Brian has so far went through 9 of the 33 intensive treatments of radiation and completed the first round of chemo. During these treatments he will be unable to swollow food and will have to get all his nutrition from a feeding tube.
Brian had to stop working during his treatments, and being the soul provider it has put a huge financial hardship on him and his family. Also finding out the cost of each round of radiation is over $16,000, which does not include chemo, doctors visits and multiple surgeries.
