Brian Nado is a friend I met while volunteering for veteran services. He is a dedicated veteran himself, always ready to lend a hand to others in need, especially fellow veterans. Last night, tragedy struck when Brian and his young daughter lost everything they owned in a devastating house fire. The fire not only destroyed all of their belongings, but also took the life of their beloved family pet. As a single father, Brian now faces the unimaginable task of starting over with nothing but the clothes on his back.

Brian was renting his home and, unfortunately, did not have insurance to cover the loss. He had been working hard and saving up to buy a home for himself and his daughter in 2026, but now those savings will have to go toward rebuilding all that was lost. The funds raised here will help provide temporary housing, clothing, and all the essentials they need to begin again.
