Help Brian Conley fight cancer!
Hi, my name is Brendan Conley and I am writing this on behalf of my dad, Brian. On May 29, 2021 he was diagnosed with Stage Four Non-small Cell Carcinoma (lung cancer). Brian has been fighting this through radiation, medication and most recently immunotherapy. During his last hospital stay last week the cancer was found in his bones and he is now in acute heart failure. My dad has been hospitalized three times since this all began, but has had too many doctor appointments and treatments to count.
My dad is an incredibly hard worker and has always gone the extra mile to provide for our family. He started his business, Brian's Window Cleaning, in Grants Pass, Oregon 20 years ago by going door to door and handing out flyers. He has loved serving his customers and many have become more like friends. Due to this diagnosis my dad has been unable to work and most likely will be put on permanent disability. Because he is self-employed, he is unable to qualify for unemployment or state disability so federal is the only option and that process can take up to one year or more.
Nancy, my mom, also has health issues and is only able to work part-time as a housekeeper. That amount will not cover the bills and our family could use help with this. I want to help alleviate this stress for my mom so she can focus on being present for my dad and his treatments.
Please give what you can. Even $1 helps! Our family appreciates your help during this tough time.
