Help Brian, Chrissy, and the Corgis Stay Afloat

My name is Chrissy Murphy and I am writing this in hopes of raising money for our family. Many of you have known my husband Brian for years, and unfortunately we are in need of assistance. After many years of struggling with unaddressed PTSD, anxiety, and depression Brian made the very brave decision to seek help through the EAP at Amtrak. He was gifted an amazing opportunity at a facility in Arizona for 30 days where he learned a lot about himself. He was taught ways of dealing not only with his PTSD, but his anxiety and depression as well. He did a lot of amazing work there and established a plan moving forward to a better way of living. He is home and will continue to attend an IOP here in St. Louis for the next six to eight weeks. I am so very grateful for his Amtrak family’s continued support. Unfortunately, we are struggling financially because he has been out of work for a month and will be out of work for another month and a half at least. We are watching the bills pile up and it is very daunting. Railroad retirement only provides about $600 every two weeks, and we have my Costco salary. We are doing everything we can with side hustles like Instacart and DoorDash, but if there is any way that anyone can spare a donation to our cause it would be humbly appreciated. If not, any words of encouragement would mean just as much.
