My name is BRIAN, and I’m reaching out because I’m facing a difficult time after losing my leg. I haven’t received my prosthetic yet, and this has made it impossible for me to work and keep up with my bills. I’ve fallen behind on rent and am at risk of becoming homeless. I receive disability payments, but they aren’t enough to cover both rent and basic living expenses. I have two people who help me when they can, but it’s not enough to keep me afloat.

Stable housing would mean everything to me right now. It would give me the chance to focus on my recovery, manage my health, and regain some peace of mind. I’ve always been someone who helps others without expecting anything in return, and I’ve worked hard my whole life. Not being able to work is incredibly hard for me, but I’m hopeful that with some support, I can get through this tough period and get back on my feet.
