Hi, My name is Michelle, and Martha Schill is my best friend.

Martha and Brian were on vacation for Bike week in June in Laconia, NH. Early afternoon one day, they were headed for a whale watching excursion, and an SUV pulled in front of them when traveling a highway. The SUV did not see them behind a truck, and Marth and Brian T-Boned the SUV traveling at 50 MPH. Both have sustained a multitude of injuries, including breaking several bones. Femur, Hip, Shoulder, Forearm, Toes, and Ribs, to name a few. This was a traumatic accident that has left them with injuries that required multiple surgeries and rehabilitation. Currently, they require in-home care and physical and occupational therapy.

Martha just returned home in early September, and Brian returned in August. They were both in New Hampshire until July.

Medical expenses have begun to pile up with these extensive injuries and rehabilitation needs. They have found out recently that the vehicle owner's insurance does not have enough coverage to pay for all of the medical care, let alone the pain and suffering of both. Furthermore, neither can work at this time.

We ask that you consider a donation to this fantastic couple. They are amazing people and would do anything for anyone. Any amount will help, and please share this with all you know. Martha and Brian initially did not want to ask for help, but I was persistent, and they gave in.
