Thanks for stopping by. I worked for Brian at Sports Authority for a few years, and we had such a blast, talking for hours instead of working. Sometimes he was grumpy, but most of the time, he was funny and joking and a friend rather than a boss.

Well, despite having ALS, he’s still making bad jokes and trying to keep a positive light around him. He doesn’t know I set this up (he’d kill me), but I know how much they’re having to spend on house renovations to make room for his chairs, the cost of the specialty chairs, and of course medical bills and future equipment.

Let’s help Brian and Christina in one way we can: to alleviate some financial costs. If that’s not possible, that’s ok, give them a call, check in, send a dinner, babysit the kids, help make appointments, etc. Showing your support in any way makes a big difference. Don’t shy away, times like these are lonely enough.
