My daughter Bri has always had a deep curiosity about history, and for years she has dreamed of visiting Washington DC. She loves learning about the past and is eager to experience the incredible history our country has to offer in its capital. When her school announced a trip to Washington DC, Bri was excited but also a little nervous. She’s a bit shy and asked if I could come along with her, so we could share this adventure together.

The trip is being organized by School Tours of America, a group with over 20 years of experience in creating memorable educational journeys for students and their families. The funds we are hoping to raise will help cover all of our travel, lodging, and food expenses, as well as entrance to many of the nation’s most important buildings and landmarks. This is a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity for Bri to see history come alive—especially as our nation celebrates its 250th anniversary—and for us to make lasting memories together.
